At Parkview Neighbourhood Garden, we split our produce between local food charities, and our volunteers and neighbours.

We harvest directly for donation to local not-for-profit organizations such as the local woman’s shelter or food bank. We do this important work on Thursdays.

We began our Tuesday neighbourhood nights on July 23, 2024.  Our last neighbourhood night for the season took place on October 8, 2024.  Starting at 6 PM and going until 8 PM or dusk, whichever is earliest, our volunteers picked for neighbourhood visitors in return for cash donations to fund our next planting season.

Leafy greens, squash, herbs and berries are the first tio be harvested in the summer, followed by root vegetables, tomatoes, beans and peppers later in the summer. See you in the garden!
